01Services

Random Target AI provides ARIA software, AI-assisted workflows, customer deployments, implementation and related services. Available features depend on the customer's plan, organization entitlements, integrations and implementation scope.

02Accounts and organization access

Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and using the service through the organization and role assigned to them. Product visibility in the ARIA Console does not mean every product is included; operational access can be Active, Trial, Locked, Setup required or Suspended.

03AI-generated output

ARIA uses artificial intelligence and can produce incorrect, incomplete or outdated output. Customers and end users should independently verify information where accuracy is important and should not treat AI output as a substitute for qualified legal, medical, financial, security or other professional judgment.

Product-specific human review remains important for areas such as Resource Intelligence recommendations, security incidents, probate/legal workflows and software changes with material operational impact.

04Product capabilities and integrations

ARIA Voice, Agent, IDE, Sales, R.I., S.A. and Probate may rely on third-party model, speech, telephony, hosting, workflow and other services. A feature shown on a product page may require configuration or an integration before it can be used by a particular organization.

ARIA IDE development actions are subject to the permissions and security boundaries of the connected project environment. Permission to use ARIA IDE does not automatically authorize production deployment or destructive repository actions.

05Plans, usage and billing

The public site currently presents Free, Standard, Pro, Enterprise and Custom plans, with published USD pricing and approximate TTD equivalents for certain tiers. Specialist products, telephone service, integrations and usage beyond an included allotment may be priced separately depending on the agreement.

No paid plan should be interpreted as unlimited usage. Actual billing, cancellation, renewal, setup fees, overage rates and customer-specific commitments should be governed by the applicable order form or service agreement rather than this staging summary.

06Acceptable use

Users must not use ARIA or connected tools to violate law, access systems without authorization, bypass security controls, abuse other people, interfere with service operation or attempt to obtain another customer's private organization data.

07Client deployments

ARIA assistants deployed for a customer business may also be subject to that customer's own notices, policies and service terms. Random Target AI and the customer should define their respective responsibilities for customer/end-user data, disclosures, integrations and operational decisions in the applicable agreement.

08Legal review required before production

This is an interim staging notice, not final binding production terms. Before production launch, formal legal review should address governing law, payment terms, cancellations/refunds, warranties, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnities, intellectual property, data-processing roles, telephony/recording disclosures and any specialist-product obligations.
