Documentation

Understand the ARIA platform before you depend on it.

These guides cover account creation, product access, customer-console behavior, core products, specialist products, knowledge, leads, usage, security and troubleshooting. They distinguish working account/platform behavior from product capabilities that depend on configuration, entitlement or a connected provider.

Account, access and customer-console fundamentals

Begin with the account model before product-specific setup. ARIA is organization-scoped: the account you sign into belongs to an organization, and product access is resolved for that organization.

Core products

Voice, Agent and IDE

The core products have separate jobs but share the ARIA account relationship. ARIA IDE remains technically inside ARIA Agent even though it has its own product page and documentation.

Specialist products

Sales, R.I., S.A. and Probate

Specialist products can be visible in the customer dashboard even when the organization does not have operational access. Their documentation explains both the intended workflow and the access/configuration boundary.
