Getting started

Getting started with ARIA

This guide takes a new customer from registration to the ARIA Console, explains the organization model and shows how to tell whether a product is ready to use, in trial, locked or waiting for setup.

What you need

You need a modern web browser, an email address and a password of at least 12 characters. ARIA Voice and ARIA Agent do not require a separate desktop installation for the web experience. ARIA IDE is the development workspace inside ARIA Agent, so it uses the same ARIA account rather than a separate IDE login.

Create an account Available now

New customers can create the first account for a new organization from /register.php.

  1. Enter your name and business or organization name.
  2. Enter a unique email address.
  3. Create a password with at least 12 characters and confirm it.
  4. Accept the Terms and Privacy Policy.
  5. Submit the form.

Successful registration creates a dedicated customer organization, creates the first user as that organization's owner-level Admin, records the accepted legal terms, creates an authenticated session and sends the user into the customer console.

Important: registering a customer organization does not grant access to Random Target AI's internal console. Internal access additionally requires the Random Target AI organization identifier and an authorized internal role.

Your organization

The organization is the primary customer data boundary. Users, conversations, leads, knowledge, product entitlements and other organization records are resolved against the signed-in user's organization_id. A normal customer should see their business name in the console, not an internal database identifier.

Random Target AI's own internal organization is separate. Customer accounts cannot turn themselves into internal users by changing a URL or by holding the customer-side Admin role.

Sign in Available now

  1. Go to /login.php. The route sends you to the ARIA Console sign-in page.
  2. Enter the email and password attached to your organization account.
  3. Optionally choose Keep me signed in on a trusted device.
  4. Submit. Customer accounts are routed into the customer console; authorized Random Target AI internal users can be routed to the internal workspace.

The sign-in flow intentionally does not tell an unauthenticated visitor whether the email or password was the incorrect field. Repeated failures can be rate-limited.

Self-service password reset is not currently exposed on the sign-in page. If you lose access, contact your organization administrator or Random Target AI support.

Your first look at the ARIA Console

The customer Overview is designed as the front door to the whole ARIA ecosystem. It shows the organization's ARIA products, their current access state, account activity and shared workspace sections such as Conversations, Leads, Knowledge, Usage & billing, and Settings & team.

See Customer dashboard for the full navigation guide.

Understand product access

ARIA products can remain visible even when the current organization is not paying for them. Visibility is not the same as operational access.

  • Active — the organization can open and use the product.
  • Trial — temporary operational access is enabled.
  • Locked — the product remains visible, but operational tools are unavailable.
  • Setup required — the product is associated with the account but must be configured before operational use.
  • Suspended — operational access is disabled.

Read Product access & plans for the entitlement model and current fallback behavior.

Start with ARIA Voice

Choose Voice when the immediate problem is customer conversations: website visitors, telephone callers, lead capture, bookings, repeat questions or after-hours coverage.

  1. Confirm ARIA Voice is active for your organization or included in your plan.
  2. Add or review the business knowledge ARIA should use.
  3. Configure the website and/or telephone channel required by the deployment.
  4. Test the conversation, including interruption and handoff behavior.
  5. Review conversation and lead records in the console.

See ARIA Voice documentation.

Start with ARIA Agent

Choose Agent for research, writing, documents, planning, analysis, communication and general business work. Open ARIA Agent from the console and use the conversation to describe the work you want done. Connected tools and files remain subject to the permissions available to the workspace.

See ARIA Agent documentation.

Start with ARIA IDE

Choose IDE when the work is a software project. ARIA IDE is ARIA Agent in development mode — there is no second account. The target experience is a real-time back-and-forth voice conversation while ARIA works in the connected project: reading code, preparing and executing approved edits, debugging failures, applying fixes, running permitted checks or tests, explaining results, and accepting interruption or redirection from the developer.

Project/repository access and command execution depend on the tools and security controls connected to that IDE workspace. See ARIA IDE documentation before assuming a specific project action is enabled.

Specialist ARIA products

ARIA Sales, ARIA R.I., ARIA S.A. and ARIA Probate appear in the same product ecosystem. A Free or non-entitled customer may see these products as Locked. That is intentional: the customer can understand what is available without receiving the underlying operational tools.

  • ARIA Sales — prospecting records, review, approvals and sales operations. Customer access is entitlement-aware.
  • ARIA R.I. — resource intelligence, bills/documents, cost leakage and reports. Full customer operational integration is still being connected.
  • ARIA S.A. — authorized security monitoring and evidence-support workflows. Full customer operational integration is still being connected.
  • ARIA Probate — probate-support case and document workflows. Full customer operational integration is still being connected.

Additional team members

Self-service registration creates the first owner/admin for a new customer organization. A complete self-service team invitation flow is not yet implemented. Do not ask a second employee to create another organization just to join the first one. Coordinate additional user provisioning with the organization administrator or Random Target AI until team invitation is available in Settings.
